I had a pleasant stay at the Grand Hyatt, enjoying the spacious room and overall cleanliness. The location was superb, allowing easy access to Grand Central and various attractions. However, I felt the hotel could improve the dining options and the public areas, as they didn't offer much comfort or appeal. The price for food was a bit high too, which was a downside.
